Praiamar Natal Hotel & Convention

Excellent place with great amenities like free wi-fi, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and a kids club. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with SIM cards during my first visit. Highly recommend!

I dislike almost everything in this hotel. Very poor conditions. The wifi never worked. The telephone line also did not worked. The TV connection was poor. There was bugs (spiders and cockroaches) in the room. Very noisy. They insist to put loud music in the breakfast room as well as in the swimming pool (come on guys, it is a beach hotel, where we are suppose to relax!!!) Bad bad hotel managing. No-star for this hotel. Very expensive, no comfort.

Each morning began with a delicious buffet full of options. The staff were all smiles.

Unfortunately, the outdated decor and persistent mildew smell really detracted from the overall experience. It was quite disappointing for the price we paid.

A Mixed Bag of Experiences

I spent three nights in a double room with a balcony. While the breakfast was good, the room's condition left much to be desired. It had an old smell, the air conditioning barely worked, and both heating options were inconsistent. I recommend the kids' area, but overall, this stay didn't meet my expectations.

Loved the spacious family room and the clean pools. The location by the beach is a major plus! Plus, the photographer Juan was super friendly and did an awesome job with our vacation pics.

It was just a fine choice for a city break in Natal with good price-value balance. The hotel staff were very friendly, and Jandir's help with our luggage made a big difference. Try to chat with the staff for local tips.

A Wonderful Family Escape with Calming Views

We enjoyed our three nights in a Double Room with Balcony, soaking in the amazing sunset views. The staff's warmth made every meal good, especially at the rooftop restaurant. Don't forget to try their freshly made local dishes! Perfect for families looking to unwind.

I really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool. It was great. The breakfast buffet stood out for its variety. Fresh fruits, delicious pastries, and hot options kept me satisfied each morning. The spacious family room worked perfectly, giving my kids plenty of space to play. Staff members were great, always making us feel welcome. The pool area did get crowded, difficult to find a comfortable spot to lounge. The decor felt a bit dated-some updates would enhance the overall atmosphere. These aspects took away from an otherwise lovely experience.

Great pools, beautiful landscaping, and a good breakfast with a nice omelet bar. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect with the beach just steps away. the room was neat and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well on hot days. Free wireless internet was provided throughout the property.
